Originally from Dallas, Texas, my family moved to Virginia when I was a teen, where I completed school and college at Radford University. After 9 years in the United States Marine Corps, I transitioned to corporate sales and marketing for several high-tech companies in the motion control, aerospace, defense and oil industries for 20 plus years. With an entrepreneurial spirit, I have also enjoyed being a small business owner, first starting a marketing and design consultancy in 1995 as well as a family-owned and operated bakery, which I sold early 2018 prior to moving to Florida.
