They were finished in the time that was told us and everything was left clean and orderly. They will always be first to call for any future painting needs. The people. ??

This is the third major job by CertaPro for us. As was the case for the prior 2 jobs the work was excellent, the communication was timely, the cleanup thorough.

I don't measure satisfaction by perfection, but by quality, cooperation, and problem resolution. This was the first time for a problem. It had to do with paint left behind for touch up not being a correct match. Cari and Aaron responded quickly. Aaron came out and redid all the color on a wall to insure a flawless match.

Let me also say how kind and understanding Aaron was on the day of his arrival and for the four days he was here. You see, just as he arrived we were on the phone learning that our son Ben was about to pass away. We needed to leave immediately. Aaron could see our pain and assured us that he would move forward.

All of this means we will only use CertaPro when the need arises and will continue to recommend them highly.
